How do I print on colored paper?

I want to print an invitation to a member of my family and there is a picture on the invitation. Every time to print on bright pink paper rose because people have believed that the white on her face are as transparent as the rest of white on paper. I am printing with a Epson Stylus R300. What I can do for your printer or what could be the problem of all this? I face is normal and is not rosy.

I would like do some extra work. Unfortunately, when you try to print on colored paper, paper is always going to change how the image appears, the inks are not completely opaque white areas of the image is actually transparent in the measure in question is the printer (no white ink). So what I propose is to print the image cut slightly smaller than what you need in white paper and then paste it into the pink paper. Thus, the image must have the correct colors, but you can always use the pink paper. It's more work, but better.
