How to cut the paper into the design of the wind?
My girlfriend is trying to scrap and I'm helping with the creative. We have an idea for a page, but do not know what to do with the illusion that the wind blows. How can you cut the paper in the illusion of wind.
What do you can not know .. I could do is use a little chalk on the current page and give it an air blower and images and things with chalk on the sides to see her push … or Chalk wind .. make sense?
